Scott is responsible for the business aspects of the practice; ranging from staff administration to equipment quality control, accounts receivable and accounts payable. He particularly enjoys interacting with our patients.

Scott holds a Bachelors of Science Degree from Central Michigan University with a major in Biology and minor in Photojournalism. He worked in the Instrument Division of Nikon Camera Company for 18 years. Scott has expertise in biomedical microscopic imaging with much of his work conducted at The University of Michigan School of Medicine.

Scott has been involved in dentistry since 1994. He does most of the clinical photography for our practice. “Patient photography is an incredible diagnostic aid for the Doctor and for communicating information to patients."

The first person you’ll meet after you enter the door is our Business Manager. Kim. She joined our practice early in 2000. She is responsible for patient scheduling, collections, filing insurance forms for our patients, telephone reception, communication with our dental laboratories, and explaining treatment options. Kim is particularly good at keeping us all laughing.

Kim was raised in the Valley and graduated from Clarkston High School. She and her husband Curt were married in 1984 and are the parents of three children. Kim earned an Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education from LCSC. Prior to joining our practice, Kim was the Business Manager for a chain of child day care centers.

She says that her favorite part of our office is the personal relationships that we develop with our patients. “We take care of our patients as if they were our own family members”

Sue is a one of our talented Registered Dental Hygenists. We are happy to have her on board.

Billie joins Studio Smiles Northwest as our Treatment Coordinator.
